What to expect

Free Initial feasibility kickoff call
On our first call we want to get to know our potential clients and find out what is important to you, what type of project you are looking to build, any concerns or questions you may have and discuss the general process of what you can expect.

Feasibility Report
You need to have all the information possible, in order to make an informed decision on what works best for your needs. We will prepare a property assessment, preliminary site plan, plat/assessor parcel map, aerial photo overlay with property lines, local zoning and code research, including design requirements or restrictions, buildable area, allowable ADU footprint.

ADU Design Selection & Coordination
We provide coordination between owner, contractor, and architect or pre-fabricated design build companies during the ADU selection process as an advocate for you.

Site Plan
We will prepare a property assessment, plat/assessor parcel map, aerial overlay with property lines, local zoning and code research including and design requirements or restrictions, buildable area, allowable ADU footprint and any additional requirements.

Cost Estimates
We will prepare preliminary cost estimates to aid in final design decisions.

Construction Documents
We will prepare the required Site Development Permit Plans such as Final Stamped & Signed Site Plan, Grading and Drainage Plans, Utility Plans, Stormwater Treatment, Erosions Control, Etc.

Permitting & Construction Support
We will assist in Plan Submittals and coordinate with Public Agencies to get make sure you have all the required permits that are needed to start construction. And we will be there for support throughout the construction process to assist with any issues that may arise during the construction process.
